        Provide a time window for delivery for live plants and then come before it and take them away. You had one job. Appalling....Oh it gets better - And then lie about when you tried to deliver in the later text message.

        We forgot to request our parcels be collected by our regular driver. As they were open until 7pm i was able to drop off all 11 parcels at this depot the same evening. Super quick, just had to scan each one and done.
