Excellent therapy, fully supported me from the beginning until discharged. I self-referred myself for the counselling on one weekend and got the first call on the following Monday. Received supported emails and the access to a website with e-books while waiting for my first counselling session. My therapist, Ben Chapman, was God sent for me and I must say I was not expecting the help and support I got during the sessions. Thanks to IESO for building the online counselling platform, loved it as I had counselling sessions sitting comfortably in my bed. Many thanks to NHS for funding mental health in the community and making it easily accessible for the public.

Fabulous help, was a short sharp course but has given me some really useful tools to use. Although my course has finished i can still use the website which i find really useful. I particularly find the booklets and leaflets i was sent useful and i have referred to them a lot since I was sent them.

To any person in need out there do your research first before you come here. I just filled endless forms, with no treatment at all they told me that will keep my account for 2 years.AGAIN WITH NO TREATMENT AT ALL THEY WILL KEEP ALL THE SENSITIVE INFORMATION I GAVE TO THEM JUST IN CASE THEY SAY...I did a stupid thing asking treatment from them without any research first. A huge mistake that can not erase with any action at all. But first when i asked them to delete my account they just restricted my access and done.Unbelievable.I will never believe how or why they did that. I do not know if they are amateurs or even joking around with people. But to any new patient,to any person thinking to ask for help here please think it again. Take some minutes and do a short research about them.

Really highly recommend that if you're struggling with mental health to give this a go, I'm not comfortable talking in person so this was perfect for me and my therapist helped a lot
