This area is fine during the day but dreadful at night. I have lived here 6 months I am constantly being woken up by students and other members of the public shouting/screaming fighting, returning home in the early hours. (Host building) there are cars constantly leaving engines on at night parked up and playing music. People are smoking weed in the park area at night and sometimes during the day. If you have the windows open the smell comes through into your apartment. Security do assist with anti social behavior, however by this time you are already awake. I have not had a proper weeks worth of sleep since moving here. Cant wait to move out in June. I would not recommend this area to anyone thinking of living/purchasing an apartment. Especially at 650-680K per apartment. This area might be close access for the train station. But you might as well be living in the city center next to a night club in the evening (when they are open)
