Terrible job interview experience. No feedback, unkind emails, unprepared interviewers. Avoid if you can.

I recently had an interview with them as my CV has been found on CV Library from a recruiter. During the interview I answered to all the questions, gave my full availability for the duration of the role (it was a 10 months contract) in terms of working during Bank Holidays, weekends, during summer time as I did not book any holidays just to hear from the recruiter that ''I was a cool guy, well prepared'' but they preferred to give the role to graduates (basically another way to say they did not want to employ aged people as, by law, that can be considered discrimination and a company can be taken to Court because of that). A tip to the company: if you look for graduates and young members of staff to hire you better specify that from the beginning so potential candidates will avoid to waste time and you will not waste yours, too. Strange company with the strange ethical and work-related guidelines pushed down from the upper management side on the ordinary workers who are stressed to the max

Not a good company to work for, espcially in the Admissions Dept. The amount of work and stress you will receive is definitely not worth the very low salary they offer which is around 18k.
