        Terrible place, very rude staff, swearing at me using f word when I asked the receipt for my UPS package. Become very angry and aggressive with me (Chinese and women) when I decided not to drop my packages with him. I nearly called a police. Shocking experience, I will also inform UPS about this horrific experience this man put me through.

        I'm only 18, went in to collect a package for my brother, I was very polite. Instead of explaining to me I needed to get the tracking number instead of the missed delivery slip, the older man became annoyed then enraged when I couldnt provide it. He then shouted at me over and over again saying "how can I do it!". Despicable and childish behaviour really, how an 18 year old stays calm while a full grown man acts like child
