        Utterly disorganised. Some staff helpful, but others wont let you get a word in edgeways. Spent weeks trying to organise paper delivery. Deliverers good enough, but then it just stopped. Cant get through on the phone, 3 days now. 15 minutes on hold - then Im ignored for a succession of very important people in the shop. Then they cut me off. Only one bill sent so far: wrong name, wrong address (helpful neighbours found me), wrong amount, wrong delivery charge. Please save your sanity & get your papers somewhere else.
