Elite Building Services carried out a joint loft conversion for myself and my neighbours. The team was very professional, reliable, courteous, friendly and helpful. During the construction I asked them lots of questions and they answered them, plus they gave me advice and suggestions when they were needed. They had good judgement and level of skills They have a lot of experience and knowledge and their work was to a very good quality with which I am pleased. In a job like this there will always be some minor things which need correcting and Elite did this promptly and without reluctance, but such things rarely occurred because Elite dealt with any queries or issues as they arose. A minor problem was detected after the works had been completed a few weeks previously, but without hesitation Elite arranged for it to be remedied. They went out of their way to help me with some other things I was doing at the same time. Some extra work above that in the quote (which was very reasonable) was needed, and there was no attempt to charge an inflated amount for these extras. The loft is looking very good, and has turned out just like I wanted it to be. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone else.

Weve had a lot of work done in our home over the years and very few companies that I would recommend. Am pleased so say Elite building services is definitely a company that I can recommend. Andy was great from start to finish. Always contactable, very fair and him and his guys have done a great job. I will definitely be using their services again when needed.

Elite Building Services did a side return with back extension coupled with a loft conversion. They also sorted out decking and the front driveway. The work was finished to a very high standard. Throughout the build I was continually impressed with their level of skill and good judgement on all manner of things. We are beyond happy with what they have achieved. Andy, Mike and in fact the whole team were all great to work with. It was easy to speak to one of them either on the phone or on site to deal with any queries or issues as they arose. Highly recommended.

Elite Building converted our carport and did a great job! Andy, Mike and their team were helpful, professional and the project finished on time and within budget. They gave us great input and were a pleasure to have around. They were great with the kids too who were very interested in what they were doing and were sad when they finished the project! We recently used Elite Building Services for some refurbishment work in our house. We wanted a wall removing and sound proofing installed, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The new layout of the room looks fab and the sound proofing has worked brilliantly. It's all been finished to a really high standard and we wouldn't hesitate to use Elite again in the future.
