        I gave Richard my laptop on a Friday and then on Monday it was all ready to pick up again. Very quick and very thorough. I will definitely be coming back if ever my laptop breaks again

        Richard really helped me out today. Last night I botched a CPU replacement on my PC and didn't know which parts I'd damaged in the process. He took a call from me after 9pm and asked me to bring the PC round in the morning for him to look at. He was able to work out what was broken and what was still good by lunchtime, and then was then happy to either sell me some replacement parts to get it running again asap or just charge me service for the info. 5/5, would run to for help again!
