Great place for a Nero cuppa, chilling out/warming up- depending on the weather.

Will not use this place again. Staff advised they were unable to provide a knife and fork for my 10-year old granddaughter to eat her hot toasted sandwich. Reason: being washed. Incredulous at the fact they seemed indifferent they could not provide cutlery and they had not warned me of this as I ordered a hot toastie, I asked how they suggested she eat it. A second member of staff reiterated the cutlery was being washed as if I hadnt heard the first time. When I persisted at the absurd stupidity of the situation,, I was given a plastic knife and a wooden spoon. The latter broke as my GD tried to use the useless combination. And sadly the mocha was lukewarm. Appalling service so wont be returning and will advise friends.
