I have used ETCC for the second time now and I am as equally pleased with their service. Quick responses for request for quotes. Arrived on time on the day. Post cleaning, I was there when they were doing last checks on the property, incredibly thorough. They were super nice and courteous as well! They also offer to stay in contact after the cleaning and repair anything that the landlord is not happy with free of charge. 10/10 service and would highly recommend! Great service from start to finish. Booked an end of tenancy clean at very short notice (5 days) and was very impressed with the service. The cleaners were early on the day and did a fantastic job. The place looked better than when we moved in! The deposit back guarantee was explained and we were told they would return as many times as needed and it was all included in the very reasonable price. No guarantee was needed as 100% of our deposit is to be returned which we are extremely happy about after 5 and a half years of living there. I would highly recommend using this service! The booking was smooth and cleaning service was fast and satisfactory. They were friendly and issued a ceritificate of cleaning service. I had to vacate the rental flat in Ely and that certificate saved me a lot of hassle of checking out and my deposit remained intact.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with ETCC. I only gave them a couple weeks' notice, and they confirmed me within moments at a reasonable rate. They showed up on time, were very forgiving with the workers I had coming in and out, and cleaned everything to a high standard. When they were finished and I was satisfied, they had their boss come to the property to do a walk-through then cleaned for about another 40 minutes until he was satisfied as well. Great quality control, and great service. When I left, I was nervous about leaving the coutnry but felt great about their personal sense of responsibility in getting me my deposit back, no matter how many trips it took, and no extra cost or coordination on my behalf.
