        The cleaners turned up late for our end of tenancy clean and their boss tried to get us to pay an extra 50 for the house being in a "neglected state" which was not the case. The cleaners denied that they had told their boss this and the boss swiftly cancelled the extra payment, after unprofessional communication. The house was not thoroughly cleaned in the end, especially the bathroom tiles and behind furniture. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

        Our end of tenancy clean was cancelled by these guys two days before our move. We had booked it over a month in advance, and are now really struggling to find another cleaner available on such short notice.
