Golden Dragon

Been a regular customer for over 3 years. We ordered in at least once a month. In the last 12 months, the service has badly dropped in quality. There's no respect of the delivery time also the food quality is not as good as it used to be. When we complained about an inedible meal that was delivered, our complaint went unaddressed even after a follow-up. Will avoid from now on and have also advised my social circles to steer clear.

Ordered Chinese from here the other night I mean it was a late order because we ordered at 10.30pm and they were due to close at 11 but instead of giving customers a greasy cheap chow mien and rushing they could have just said no its too late! Very disappointed one of the worst Chinese weve had in Cambridge, it was so greasy and grease at the bottom of the container and these were meant to be two house special chow miens, stingy small prawns and last scraps of meat stir together in a ton of oil. Not good, didnt do our stomachs any favours and fill us up because it went in the bin!

Ordered on Uber Eats. 3 hours later no food. Couldnt cancel over the app and no one answered. Still charged me though.
