One of the worst services I came across. And it makes it even more dangerous as they are dealing with vulnerable people. The staff isn't trained to moderate sessions, no timely follow up, just some lectures which are rushed to fit in content. I would recommend to search for another organisation as not only it was a waste of time for me, their lack of care made me feel even lower.

Service has been super helpful. I can almost always get through to speak to someone. The groups are nice and small thanks to the pandemic which means you get more out of a session. Staff are on the whole friendly as long as you're friendly to them. They're an incredibly busy service but try their best given all the things thrown at them and they've done nothing but support me. Only issue I've had has been explaining not all drugs are bad and some are actually helpful to reduce other drugs (mushrooms and cannabis clinical trials etc). It's been difficult explaining that legally because I have a prescription for cannabis I am able to use as per my prescription but this doesn't quite fit the CGL narrative. Aside from that too marks, would and have reccomended to friends.
