The staff were amazing they reassured me when I call for advice, they provided a safe place for me and my kids, helped me get financial help, provide childcare when I got jobcenter appointement, incredible support when I had doubts or felt low. Supported me during court hearing. They have family worker that organise activities for the children, there is a commun garden and a play room. When I finally got a house they provided everything ( like bed, sofa, drawers, dishes....) I will be eternally grateful for everything they did for us.

Not a place that makes you feel welcome or offers support to someone whos hit rock bottom. They dont want to understand you or your problems, dont ask about your past issues, just automatically think the worst and kicked me and my son out, I am also pregnant and that wasnt even taken into consideration. It was a very bad experience .
