        Was recommended by our letting agency as an end-of-tenancy clean, but initially we were skeptical due to the high number of low reviews on Google. The letting agent said that you have to confirm the booking through Simon's web system, and that a lot of people don't seem to do that and somehow think they have confirmed the booking and then end up surprised and upset. As for the actual clean, there was nothing to fault. Simon did an incredible job of cleaning the entire property (lots of cream carpets!). Would use again!

        I'm a professional residential and commercial landlord in Cambridge and have been for the last 20 years. This company was recommended by a Cambridge letting agent, they never turned up or called on the day they were due to complete an end of tenancy clean. I strongly advise any agents, landlords or tenants not to use this company. Very un-professional! Looking at earlier reviews this happens all the time with this company.
