I used these guys a couple of months ago and the boss fella is just genuinely rude everytime, he's obviously unhappy in his job and should probably consider a career that can put a smile on his face, I went back today for a wash and wax for the 330e, he said "what type of wax? 25?" I replied very politely yes please, can I get a 25 wash and basic wax if that's ok?, he huffed and bluntly shouted "come and look at menu", and stormed off, waving his hands in the air. I felt like driving off to be honest, so I did just that. At least have the decency to be able to articulate what you offer as a service, when someone is asking you nicely and with respect. To add some more context to the generally poor service, these guys charged me 17 once a while back for a wash and wax, I don't know if it was an error or they were just had an offer on, but that obviously was a not a bad thing, so asked for that same service again last time I came here and the same manager got very defensive and said "it's 25, you did not get it for 17!" Which is fine and I'm happy to pay this amount, but there is a way of talking to people. The actual detailers are a pretty friendly bunch but I would recommend avoiding this place until this guy sorts his attitude out, because even thinking of his slapped-arse of a face and volatile demeanor has annoyed me enough to leave a review. The actual quality of the washes here is okay, both times I had the car washed in the past here, there were some streaks left and spotting from water, but I don't expect too much especially at the bronze price point.
