The food is good and the staff is very professional and nice. We sadly had a friend accidentally tip over a tray full of drinks which made a huge mess, but the staff did their best to keep a professional, calm approach and treated us very kindly despite the mess.

Place seemed busy which is always a good sign, however waited 30 mins for eggs on toast, when kindly asked Staff how long the wait is, her reply was well you should have said you was in a rush to my surprise. When the eggs come they seemed microwaved which i specifically asked before placing the order. The lady was so rude, awful customer service so I asked for a refund as didnt want to sit there any longer. So much attitude for a paying customer who kindly asked a question about wait time! However appreciate The chef from out back kindly coming to apologise which made the experience a little less frustrating. The black cat cafe Is not a place I will ever be returning to.
