We came at lunchtime on a Thursday. Ordered a piece of carrot cake, a veggie sandwich, plus tea & coffee. The drinks were nice. The food however didn't taste fresh, the cake was dry like it's been out for a few days & the bread was also a bit stale. Shame as the atmosphere was nice (although the table was sticky!). 2* & we won't be returning sadly.

Hi, I remember when you opened and having lived in Spain for 12 years i was very excited that one of my favourite ways to eat had come to Cambridge. Unfortunately after a few visits over the following weeks and months i could see the vibe of the place slowly and then quite quickly changing. I understand you are a business and you are there to make money but surely some good marketing and promotion of a fantastic product and cuisine wouldn't have gone a miss? There are so many sandwich, coffee and cake shops in Cambridge so why turn yourselves in to another one? Pinch had the opportunity to be something different, something authentic...simple Spanish food and such a lovely way to eat. I think its now time to change your name and update your website as neither is representative of what you have become...another coffee shop. Please try again, please stick to what you want to be. Tell those people coming in asking for a vegan sausage roll and a latte to go somewhere else or tell them about pinchos and how amazing they are. I am trying to be as constructive as possible but i am so disappointed.
