Madeline has so much knowledge and depth to her services, not just for people facing life personal challenges but powerful advice for mangers and business owners looking to better themselves and grow their businesses. Having personally used Madeline when I started out in my property valuer career at just 23 and quite quickly finding myself as an accidental manager of a team of 10 staff, I can only highly recommend her services. Madeline was able to offer a private environment where I could voice my frustrations and areas of weakness in my management role without being measured negatively for this. Madeline was able to listen to my feedback and fully understand my challenges, even though she has no property management background herself. Having used other professional coaches over the years, while I appreciate every coach has their style, I didnt want someone to make me just feel better. I needed the harsh truth, in order to help me succeed. Madelines approach was very productive and practical making me feel that I could learn these skills and start to see a difference very quickly. Madeline was able to strip the situations and challenges I was facing back to basics and then give me some practical tools that I could apply in my every day work. It was great to have someone looking at my role and performance from a different angle and genuinely wanting to see you succeed. I continue to use the techniques Madeleine taught me in my work today, especially the challenging parts, and believe they have played a significant part in my progress to becoming a more experienced and efficient manager.
