I wanted to acknowledge the great work Nick has done with Inivata in developing our company strategy with our senior management team. Nick has a good reputation and I liked his structured and practical approach. He worked with our Senior Leadership Team to develop a detailed two-day agenda. During the workshop there was a useful mix of presentations, discussions and syndicate work which Nick used to draft the next version of our strategy. I brought Milner Strategic Marketing in to prepare a suite of product collateral for the launch of our new enabling communication technologies. Milner started by facilitating a workshop to review existing marketing collateral as well as share ideas for the material and gather content ideas for each of the sections. This provided an opportunity to build strong working relationships and gain internal buy-in. Milner used the workshop input and its own creative ideas to write a corporate brochure, white paper, product data sheet and case study, as well as internal product documentation. These deliverables are helping us accelerate sales traction, reinforce credibility and increase communication efficiency.
