I'm very happy that I enjoyed the online mediations and few dharma nights at the Centre. Tunning from India, I was very gracefully welcomed by Arthasiddhi and Vidyasakhi and others. All at CBC are lovely and helpful towards welcoming you and the led meditations were so powerful and transformative.         What a rip off!, I'm looking for a yoga classes in Cambridge and I 've found this ad. Honestly I am very disappointed with the price. 4 lessons 60, so 1 hr 15? No way!!!

        A good place to learn meditation, Buddhism, mindfulness based stressed reduction which is paid for by donations rather than a fixed price. So helpful if you want to learn but are short of money.

        I have had the honour of attending the Living Life with Full Attention course and online retreats. The teaching, kindness and care is extraordinary and generous, delivered in a safe space. I'm very grateful for the centre and those who work there.
