Lovely place for a bite to eat. Slow cooked smoked meat in various servings. Friendly personnel, a turning water wheel and windows in the floor to see the river flow. If possible we will visit here again. Reservation is recommended

Great food but poor service. I visited few years ago and was very excited to return, a bit disappointed with the poor service this time. Food was really good - we recommended the sharing plate - Monster rib! However, we have waited for almost an hour before food was served - we were told that kitchen was extremely busy (but the restaurant was only half empty when we ordered our food). Waiters are not very friendly in general. We have accidently knocked over the sauce for our sharing plate (Monster rib) and asked if we could have some more sauce, the waitress then gave us another one. However, when we pay the bill it charged us 2.5 for the sauce (which is totally fine to charge for extra sauce but they could have told us when we ask for another one). When we asked the waitress about the 2.5 extra cost, she simply reply "I didn't know that extra sauce will cost money". Overall it is a nice restaurant for food - delicious food, nice view and good vibes, just make sure you are not extremely hungry when you order your food!

We arrived first, and another group of people came later. It is ridiculous that the waiter let us wait and suit them in the last available table, and told us to wait for more than 2 hours. They seems know each other. This is extremely disappointing and disgusting. Wont be there again. It is the worst experience that Ive had in a restaurant. Their services really sucks and didnt show any respect to the customers who is waiting in the line.
