Fabulous time on the punt for a surprise birthday present for our mum. Jake our punt chaffeur was fabulous and made it very special.

A lovely experience. Our guide was great, very informative and quite funny. The only issue we had was being very squashed, the seating is not very comfortable, especially when 3 couples who do not know each other are crammed into half of the boat - simply having just 2 couples opposite each other would have made the ride more enjoyable.

Lovely punt along the river. Booked online through their website which meant we saved 5. Joe was great! A must when in Cambridge.

Very comfortable ride! It was around 45mins ride if I remember correctly. We will definitely come back with our family members.

We bought a punting tour through a website and it told us to go to this company. When we arrived we were told to go and see the Chinese lady called Wei. I have never met someone so rude in a customer facing role. The woman should be sacked. Before we experienced this bad service she was separating customers on different boats as they had clearly over booked. Wei was so rude and due to her bad attitude I would go elsewhere to book a tour. We asked her where we should go three times and on the 3rd time she told us it wasn't her problem and to use Google maps.
