Took a bike here for gear adjustment once, - was met with dismissive behaviour and after leaving the bike with them all day, returned to find the bike gears still didn't adjust smoothly. There's over thirty bicycle shops in town, so have no reason to return. Be warned.

Needed my bike fixing after one of my brakes faltered this week. Took my bike here and the guy was instantly friendly, and said he would be able to fix it within a couple of hours. Came back and not only was the brake fixed, but the chain sorted as well. Brilliant service!

Oil all over my bike, chain, up the frame, all over the peddles. Thick black oil, not nice quality bike oil. The owner is very rude, no customer service skills and sells tremendously overpriced bikes! The oil covered my trousers on the way home and they were good for only the bin. He only accepts cash which is super inconvenient, wonder how much tax is paid from this place?? Clearly from the below reply, he has absolutely no manners and doesnt appreciate any custom. Rather than put things right & apologise, hed rather be sarcastic! Will be slating this place to everyone I know. Absolutely pit of a place.. Has since changed his reply to look all innocent. Sly dog.
