Bought a bike from here as part of cyclescheme. Bike had a manufacturing defect from time of sale which caused many other issues. Came in to see what could be done and was greeted with terrible customer service and a refusal to honour warranty. Just overall really negative experience.

Ordered a bike and was told it would be delivered to store in a couple of days and then built in a couple of hours. Has now taken 4 days to arrive in store and will take 48 hours to build. Customer services and store staff unapologetic. Generally irritating as I had to pay a delivery charge to get it to the store. Wouldnt recommend.

I completely understand that things don't always go to plan, but if the mechanic is not available on the day I booked a service (two weeks prior, not a last minute thing), drop me a line so that I don't cycle from outside of Cambridge and take half a day of 'annual leave' for nothing - I don't remember hearing an apology either, just that no service would happen that day

Has taken them seven weeks to fix a broken spoke on a bike. They only offered to replace it with a standard spoke after six weeks, after struggling to find custom spokes that matched the gauge of the originals (and did offer to switch the custom spokes in when they eventually do arrive which is kind of them). They seem genuinely nice in store and are trying to help, but I'd definitely expect a faster service for a simple spoke repair even given the circumstances.
