Very nice people, helped me in emergency while I went to pick up kids after school but chain broken, they helped fixed it in no time and charge nothing and made sure I picked up kids in time! Thank you very much! Very appropriated! Wish you guys all the best

Store to be taken over by Cycle Revolution and will remain open as a Giant Store. --- Excellent bike shop, usually my go-to place unless they can't book me in. Bought my bike here and had a rear wheel replaced under warrantee. No issues. Overall excellent service and support. Extra shoutout to Leo and Anton who are very professional and pleasant as well as easy to deal with. Would strongly recommend the Giant Store to buy a road bike.

Had my chains fall off the bike and tried to fix it myself without any luck. Took it to the store and they fixed it in less than a minute for free - lovely ppl and superb efficiency

Amazing..... Had a problem with my bikes handle bars whilst riding around Cambridge, popped in and they can't have been more helpful , Thank you guys
