        I rented a cargo bike for a day and was super happy with everything. Friendly people and they happily explained how to use the bike and the electric components which was all new to me, they also very graciously accommodated for me potentially returning it later in the evening too. All in all I would highly recommend!

        Super friendly team, I ordered spare parts for our Bakfiets there twice and they were quick to help and post items. They are the main distributor for Bakfiets in the UK. Highly recommended, even if you don't live in Cambridge. Several years ago we also went there to test if cargo bikes are for us (they are!). You can rent one for the day to test and visit Cambridge.
