        Friendly fellow. I bought a used mens bike for a reasonable price and Mark did everything possible to make sure I would be happy with it.

        I bought a bike from another bike shop, and within two days the rear wheel twisted, which made my bike nearly unusable. I brought my bike here, and the owner diagnosed my problem (the bike had been sold to me with a bent rear axle) and fixed it the same day for 35. I was happy with that price. He also tightened my brakes and made it easier for me to switch gears. I found him friendly and willing to answer any question. In the following weeks, I have had no more issues with my bike. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs a bike fixed.

        I found my experience at flat planet very unpleasant. From the owners elitist attitude and his snide remarks, not too mention that he would not stop talking. Everything in the store is so over priced, i'm all for shopping local, but when local needs a second mortgage. NO THANK YOU. I'm all for passion, but the owners purist attitude is too much. All in all, if you hate money and like being talked down too, then flat planet is the place for you. 10/10 pretentious.
