        Worst hair colouring Ive ever had. I asked for my balayage to be a tiny bit brightened and she turnt me a yellow blonde all over which I didnt want and thats not what a balayage should look like. Within 24 hours I had to put 2 boxes of dye on my hair as it was that embarrassing. When contacting Harriet she said I could come in 4 days later which was not good enough as she knew I had an event. When asked the staff would not refund me and said a manager would call me 3 weeks down the line and still no call. Dont waste your time or money. Service: Hair coloring
