        Absolutely useless. Over an hour and a half in branch after hours on hold to the call centre and still no further to sorting problem. They ended up just giving me the phone number I spent half the previous day trying to get through to (with no luck). Don't waste hours of your life, bank somewhere else. Virgin money are a complete joke.
