        The service we get from Barclays recently is rubbish. I quite understand the need to close smaller branches. After being unable to speak to anyone on the phone this morning I have just discovered after a wasted journey and a most unhelpful member of staff that there is no Barclays branch in Cambridge that has a counter open after 2 p.m.! How are small businesses supposed to trade with this sort of service?
