Absolutely 10|10 We were visiting from London and was not disappointed. The food was outstanding, the setting was perfect. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and lovey to chat with. You cant visit Cambridge and not come here for a meal. Please go and visit a fantastic family run restaurant. I wish this was in my local town

This was our first time dining at Raja, and it will be our last! My partner and I found the courses itself very nice, but unfortunately the meal was ruined by the service we received. After finishing our meal we asked to take the leftovers home (quite common). Bearing in mind this restaurant does also offer a takeaway and delivery service, we were told no, we do not do "doggy bags". The owner argued that he would prefer us to eat his dishes in the restaurant, and that there wasn't enough food left to take home whilst lifting the last nann breads with his fingers. When I responded he walked away whilst I was mid sentence. We were quite honestly shocked! We had noticed earlier that the owner had reprimanded a member of staff in front of us/other customers, due to a miscommunication with our drinks order. He then went behind the bar and aggressively threw 2 beer bottles in the sink. I do not often leave bad reviews, but I have never come across such a bad attitude as a customer in the hospitality industry.
