        Booked for a bulb fitting. Cancelled & refunded with no explanation. Called to enquire and didn't seem to actually get through to the store but some central hub. The guy I spoke to was rude and dismissive. Couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Went to KwikFit instead.

        Bout the Carrera Crossfire II from Halfords. The bike is in great condition and the delivery time was as specified. The clerks were friendly and helpful when I came back a few times for minor adjustments (the bike stand, saddle angle, etc.). Shout-out to Tom, who was a life-saver by fixing in 20 minutes a bent wheel frame after day 1 of my purchase for no fee (some gem of a person probably kicked my parked bike and bent it).

        Very poor customer service. Stood for 5 minutes at bicycle counter opposite ronie as she tapped on keyboard. Did not acknowledge me one. Thought I was invisible! Had to ask another member of staff for help
