HMO Architect - Cambridge

I had a free discovery call with Ryan regarding a potential house to flat conversion. Ryan was extremely helpful and provided me with incredible detail regarding the entire planning process as well as how his company operates. Unfortunately we weren't able to progress the this project further but I hope that in the future we have an opportunity to work together.

Why only 5 stars? I wish to give 10! The Windsorpatania Team is brilliant. They saved my HMO licence! They have accepted the job 3 days before the deadline. Designed, did research, submitted in time. Hold my hand even with payment and confirmation. Keeps eye on details and council response. Continuous updates and they successfully get the Planning Permission Approved in the first run. Legend! Not just pure luck.

Was great working with the team at Windsor Patania Architetcs Giovanni Patania Ryan Windsor @Roberta Sanna The team mapped out several options and did a feasibility study on a property i was hoping to purchase. In the end , the team advised that the project was not feasible and saved me from spending 300K on the purchase. Having a solid team of architects and consultants, not only helps you to make money in property but can also save you money by ensuring you buy the right properties and remove any risks upfront.
