        Alan is a fastidious installer and I have no doubt that his work is of the highest order. He takes his time to ensure that the installation is perfect at every stage of the process. The finished product is better than we expected and the running cost seems to be lower than we expected.

        Alan installed the air conditioning for our bedrooms in 2004, and has maintained and serviced them for us ever since. This included repairs to a unit that was faulty outside of the warranty period, saving us several thousand pounds in replacement costs. He is always punctual, polite, and carries out his work in a thoroughly professional manner.
