Excellent service, food was spot on too!

Visited Sunday around 4pm. I had the carvery, my wife ordered the chicken burger, my carvery was probably the worst i have ever had, the meat was sub standard & the chef was very tight on the slices, more like a kids portion, the carrots looked like leftovers from day before, roast potatoes not the best & Yorkshire pudding was dry & tasteless. All of it was very low quality. My wife said the chicken burger was dry no flavour & the lettuce in it was not crispy and fresh as menu stated it came with a small handful of fries on the side. Neither of us enjoyed our meals. We didn't complain what's the point, it wouldn't of made the food any better, we ate what we could & left never to return. Maybe it was the wrong time of day to visit, but standards should be maintained regardless of time. Staff all seem to be working hard & very pleasant. Won't be going back & will also be reviewing on the caravan motorhome club site book.
