I went to Rob after getting back in to running and experiencing some knee pain. I was struggling to run more than a few hundred metres without pain. Rob measured my leg strength in every direction, and identified several muscle imbalances. He also assessed my running gait and gave me advice and exercises to improve it. Thanks to Robs help, Im now running over 50km/week, with individual runs over 20km. Ive had no knee issues in around two years. Take Robs advice, put the work in, and youll get results.

Several physiotherapists tried to help me with my injury over the course of one year, but things became worse rather than better. Being frustrated about those results, I decided to contact a renowned specialist. This turned out to be a great decision as that specialist recommended me to see Rob.
I quickly understood why he recommended him: my conditions improved significantly after the first session with Rob, and I managed to make steady progress over the following months. Most symptoms are gone, and I can finally do sports again.
