Tom is a fantastic physio. Very knowledgeable, friendly and clear. He helped me with a rib injury and got me back rowing for a Boat Race win which definitely wouldnt have been possible without his help. Cant recommend him enough!

Excellent physio with great results. I went to Rob after getting back in to running and experiencing some knee pain. I was struggling to run more than a few hundred metres without pain. Rob measured my leg strength in every direction, and identified several muscle imbalances. He also assessed my running gait and gave me advice and exercises to improve it. Thanks to Robs help, Im now running over 50km/week, with individual runs over 20km. Ive had no knee issues in around two years. Take Robs advice, put the work in, and youll get results.

Over the years I have been treated by numerous physiotherapists - usually to little or no lasting benefit. I will admit that when I was referred to Kate Hesse I was not optimistic about the outcome. How wrong could I be. Not only was she entertaining, but she has proved to be exceptionally helpful, with my lower back problems finally cleared up. I just want to register my profound thanks and recommend her enthusiastically to others. From my experience, using Physioteq and Kate in particular is excellent value for money.

I am very grateful about Robs work - he has done an excellent job. Several physiotherapists tried to help me with my injury over the course of one year, but things became worse rather than better. Being frustrated about those results, I decided to contact a renowned specialist. This turned out to be a great decision as that specialist recommended me to see Rob. I quickly understood why he recommended him: my conditions improved significantly after the first session with Rob, and I managed to make steady progress over the following months. Most symptoms are gone, and I can finally do sports again.
