    I sent a purchase order related to four products to Abcam company in Dec 2022. For the first few days, they were not able to find it in their systems. It took me one more week until I understood that they lost it in their system. I sent them again the PO file. It was very near to New Year and I told them to send them after the new year since the university is closed and nobody is there to receive any package. The Abcam customer service replied that we received your message and we have set the shipping to Jan. One day after, I received an automatic email from FedEx that two of the products has been shipped from Abcam and will be delivered on 28th Dec (HOLIDAYS). I contacted again the Abcam company and they said it will be resolved, but it did not eventually. Finally, I could find the products on 3rd Jan in melt condition and very surprisingly in another department very different from the address that was mentioned in the PO. I contacted the company again and asked them to correct the address in their internal system since I can not be aware on time if they deliver a product to another building. At first, they did not accept that it was their mistake until I sent them the PO. They said ok it is resolved and the next two products will be shipped to the correct address. But again, very surprisingly, they delivered the other two products to another building different from mine and they were found in melt condition again when I was informed that they are in that place. I contacted the company again and they promised me that they will compensate me for this mistake by sending new products this time to the correct address. Right after, I received an email implying that it is not necessary for the product to be delivered at the correct shipping temperature and they dont send any new products to me. In the end, I am super frustrated by ordering from Abcam and I will not do that mistake anymore. This company is not even at the level to be able to deliver such delicate products in a correct and predefined address. So sorry for the company. I just lost my time and money during this few months.
