Cambs Tai Chi

A friendly group with a very knowledgeable instructor. Plenty of exercise - and not too much talking. Will suit a broad range of ages and abilities and previous knowledge of tai chi.

I find the Saturday morning Cambs Tai Chi class to be a truly valuable experience. (There are various classes run by the teacher, Dmitry, at Cambs Tai Chi). Everyone of all backgrounds and abilities is set at ease in the class by the teacher enabling us to learn and enjoy Tai Chi and Qigong at our own pace. I am finding numerous benefits of learning here that are giving me confidence; for example - increased strength, balance, and a relaxation of mind and body. I highly recommend trying this gem of a class.

I have been attending Cambs Tai chi classes for over a year now and I look forward to the Saturday morning classes every week. Dmitry is a knowledgable and enthusiastic teacher and if you are interested in learning tai chi I can recommend this club.
