        The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The install was seamless considering they were installing on working vehicles. All in all we are very happy with the system and support.

        Missed the 90 day cancellation notice by 7 days an error I accept on my part. Stopped using the service Nov 21 but got stung for payments until Feb 23. Asked politely for help but was given nothing, asked for early termination...no, asked for settlement figure to pay out the contract...no. Really disappointing with the decisions made. The financial director decided that its better to stick to the letter of the contract and take money from another business for no service than to think about what impact that may have. A real shame but I guess there is no friends in business.
