Michael is an excellent coach, who encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself harder than you thought you could. Hes very knowledgable, motivating and empathetic in his approach. If you get a chance to be coached by Michael, go for it! You wont regret it.

Ive been training with Michael for about 6 months in his role as a trainer at Full Circle Fitness. In spite of his love for a burpee and a bear crawl, I am gutted he is leaving us for the north as it has been an absolute (sweaty!) joy to train with him! He is friendly, encouraging, can always get those extra reps/heavier lifts out of you and I have had amazing results which he is a huge part of. For anyone considering training with Michael, just go for it - couldnt recommend him highly enough (and he has quality music taste too )!

I have been training with Michael for 5 months now and every circuits session has been really enjoyable. Michael pushes you just enough for you to get the most out of the session while keeping an eye on injuries or worries. The sessions are varied, full of exercises I have never attempted before. I would highly recommend Michael as a fitness trainer.
