What can I say, I wouldnt use anyone else! Great, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff! I have used Malcolms for many many years as an agent looking after my rental property and I can honestly say they have been amazing. I have now sold that rental house through them and the service was brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend them for either rentals or sales. I am one happy customer!

We have recently bought a property being sold through Malcolms. We dealt mostly with Shannon, though we were equally satisfied with our interactions with other team members. From the first viewings to completion we always felt everyone was nice and helpful. We were living 2h away from Cambourne at the time, and when we did viewings we sometimes had to bring our 3-year-old along for the whole day. Scheduling viewings for convenient times was as painless as possible, and the actual viewings were as useful as we could have hoped for thanks to Shannon interest in what we were looking for and general friendliness towards the little one (who could be more than a little restive after a day of viewings!). Afterwards we always felt we could get in touch with any questions about the properties and the process, and everyone was always super clear and professional. In the big stressful mess that was buying a house, Malcolms were a rare source of reassurance.
