Domino's Pizza - Cambourne

This is a review based on Customer Service. Lately, on two occasions now, Ive ordered to collect. Nothing complicated, just one or two pizzas. I walk in waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence but all I got was a finger raised followed by conversation amongst themselves. The staff making pizzas isnt the concern, its the staff who should be running the till. The only person who acknowledged me was a delivery guy, and that was for both occasions!! Martin, I think it was, I can name as being in both of these scenarios doing nothing to assist me. To look like a manager is one thing, to act like one is another. This guy is missing both. Do better.

Loved the pizza which I order to collect. It was Veg volcano and American hot and garlic bread. It wasreally delicious, so thank you Sumitra , as on the tracking your name came up. So thank you

Great service, ordered online to collect as they don't deliver to our area. Loved the app which told me when my order was ready to collect. My husband said the collection was easy, good parking and the chap who served him was friendly, polite and helpful. Good experience all round.
