Bellarome Travel

In March we went to Rome to watch Italy v Wales, Six Nations fixture. We had a wonderful time in Rome and everything worked perfectly with flights, hotel, rugby match and transfers. We would definitely recommend Bellarome Travel to anyone planning to watch rugby in Rome. Mario and company made our adventure effortless, from accommodations to tours to transportation from place to place. The tour guides; Will, Dino, I apologize for forgetting the names of the others From Milan to Rome to Satorini to Mykonos to Athens. Their knowledge of the particular area was unparalleled. Would I tour with Bellarome again hell yes I'm looking forward to touring with them in 2024

This company is disappointing. They are extremely disorganized and lack communication skills. We have written documentation from their agent Rose confirming our final balance was $2618.00 on July 27, 2022 which we paid 2 weeks prior to leaving on the trip per our agreement, from our August 2022 vacation. We were not asked for additional funds during our trip but Bellarome just charged us another $1000 months later without any explanation. We had to call and sort it out ourselves that they made a pretty gigantic accounting error that they didn't even bother reconciling for almost 6 months. We also ran in to another issue with the travel agent who after confirming all hotels with us told us just a few weeks before our honeymoon that they could no longer get us a room at our Amalfi coast hotel - we were gutted! They offered a much less appealing replacement. I contacted the original hotel who told me Bellarome had never even booked our room in the first place! But Bellarome told us that the hotel "randomly cancelled our reservation". In addition to this, they cancelled one of our tours in France while we were on our trip and couldn't find a replacement which was fine. We just asked for a refund. It took forever to get the refund (for an excursion we never took), so their accounting department is definitely questionable!

We just returned from a vacation planned by Daniel and the Bellarome team, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime! We have three sons, aged 21, 18 and 16, and we are all futbol/soccer fans, and a few of us enjoy history. Daniel understood this and planned an incredible ten-day adventure based in two cities, Manchester and London which included three soccer matches, four days of well-planned tours, reliable, on time transportations, and a special NYE dinner. We still had freedom to do some of our own sightseeing and plan our own restaurants. All in all such a fantastic experience for our entire family!
