    Amazing customer service. My kitten managed to outsmart their SureFlap Connect to escape even when locked. Their team designed, built and sent me a frame replacement with extra protection so my cat couldn't escape when the cat flap is locked. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I ever had.

    I have a Sure Petcare Microchip Cat flap. I had to contact the company a while ago as the lock had broken and although we put it back in and it worked for a while my puppy pulled out the lock and chewed it. I asked if I was able to purchase the replacement part and was told they would send one out to me for free. Fast forward 3 years and the lock has again been pulled out by my dog and she has. chewed it (luckily she didnt swallow it!) so I sent a contact to the company via their online form. They e-mailed back the next morning and again they are sending our a replacement free of charge. E-mail also received to show it has been sent 1st class. What brilliant customer service.

Wir wissen noch immer nicht wie es weiter geht, obwohl die Klappe seit 7 Tagen nicht mehr funktioniert? Ich wrde nichts mehr von Sure Petcare kaufen weil sie fehlerhafte Produkte innerhalb der Garantie nicht anstandslos ersetzen.
