I was concerned about my stepdaughter so I spoke with my husband and we got a referral from someone close to our family who referred us to Kate. We checked out her website, read her reviews as well as asked at the childs school if Kate was reputable and we were told yes. After just a few weeks of working with her, her anxiety is decreasing, she has made a new friend in school and I was told by her teachers that she has been doing better in school. I will update my review after receiving her report from school to include whether or not working with Kate has impacted her grades even though its quite obvious her behavior has improved.

Having tested my elder two children for dyslexia, I was very much aware of how the testing should be done, and had previously been in awe of how the assessor managed to complete a day of tests with a seven year old child, with my eldest actually enjoying it. This was not the case this time-We received a copy and pasted assessment, with reference to the child's behaviour and "tips" for parenting she had witnessed in the few brief moments in the assessment day. The house itself was unclean, and not suitable for children to spend several hours. My child's school found the report to be unprofessional in how she wrote about both myself and my child, and have chosen to disregard it. We have since re-tested elsewhere and found it to be a positive experience. Please do stay away, and please don't waste your money. UPDATE-In reference to Kate's reply below, I can confirm that we used her services for testing, and are not mixing up with another test centre.
