The Beauty Cabin Salon

The most outrageous service Ive ever experienced. Ive been using the Beauty cabin prior to pandemic times and its been just above average. However when I came a month ago to do a patch test for my eyebrows they have managed to ruin my silk/cashmere jumper as the beautician/receptionist applied way too much tint on the plaster and it just soaked through leaving a forever black stain on my fav jumper. The way their management team and customer service have dealt with the issue just leaves me speechless. They made me feel blamed for the fact that Ive used their services and Ive wasted not only my jumper but most importantly a lot of my time (I guess they thought I work for them and Im enjoying driving around drive cleaners in Cambridge) In he end they havent cleaned the jumper (as Ive been telling them from day 1) and the compensation they have offered for the ruined item is just laughable. So def never using this salon again. And if you are planning please put on some Primark clothes and get ready for unfortunate accidents that nobody will be held accountable for anyway.
