        The team at Blanch and Shock hosted my 40th birthday. They thoughtfully put together the most perfect meal based on all my favourite flavours. The attention to detail was very impressive and the flavours, presentation and choice of ingredients delightful and inspired. I love the ambience and intimacy of the venue. I can't wait to return!
