To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Wyndham Road Post Office in Camberwell. I visited the post office to collect a package from DPD Local, and was met with incredibly rude and unhelpful staff who made the entire experience needlessly difficult and unpleasant. From the moment I entered the post office, I was treated with contempt by the staff member who attended to me. When I asked for assistance with my DPD Local collection, I was met with ridicule and condescension, and was made to feel as though my request was a burden to the staff member. Despite my attempts to explain my situation and seek clarification, I was repeatedly dismissed and ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and belittled. This sort of behavior is completely unacceptable, particularly from individuals who are meant to provide a service to customers. The staff at the Wyndham Road Post Office should be ashamed of the way they treated me, and I would like to see immediate action taken to address their poor conduct. No customer should ever have to endure such rude and unhelpful treatment. I would like to inform you that I will be lodging a formal complaint with the Post Office headquarters regarding my experience at the Wyndham Road Post Office. Furthermore, I request that the shop be put under review to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. In light of this experience, I would like to request that measures be taken to ensure that all staff members at the Wyndham Road Post Office receive training in customer service, with a particular emphasis on respect, communication, and empathy. Additionally, I would appreciate an apology for the way I was treated during my visit to the post office. In conclusion, I would like to reiterate my extreme disappointment with the service I received at the Wyndham Road Post Office, and my hope that the appropriate steps will be taken to prevent any future incidents of this nature. The shop is refurbished to an amazing standard, The staff are friendly and welcoming and services improve . Thank you

Love the newly refurbished Post Office. The Staff behind the till are friendly and very helpful Beautiful place
