        A driver from this local office came to my house. Fair enough, the lift wasnt working but because I live on the sixth floor the gentleman marked my address inaccessible. I have a problem with this. If we the tenants including young and old can climb sixth floor I do not see why a Royal Mail staff cannot. Its part of their job description and climbing stairs is a risk that comes with the job. And to add insult to injury, marking the address as inaccessible is highly deceptive and fraudulent as that does not actually convey the true story of what exactly happened! I have lodged a formal complaint as this is a behaviour thats unacceptable and not expected from a public servant.
